Una parte del movimiento de hombres por la igualdad tiene una posición clara en contra de la pornografía, pero ¿pensamos todos igual?

Why do the Feminist Porn Awards exist?
As Annie Sprinkle famously said, "the answer to bad porn isn't no porn. It's more porn!" Good For Her couldn't agree more. We all know that the world is inundated with cheesy, cliche, degrading, no-budget, patronizing and stupid porn. But we also believe that erotic fantasy is powerful stuff, and that women and marginalized communities deserve to put their dreams and desires on film too. As feminists and sex-positive people, we want to showcase and honour those who are doing it right, like filmmakers who understand that people of colour are sexual beings - not sexual objects. Like performers who want to see body diversity, so they shake their ample butts in front of the camera. Like everyone who ever said "why aren't my fantasies and realities ever reflected in porn?" so they picked up a camcorder and recorded their friends getting it on.
Good For Her wants porn to be held to a higher standard. We all deserve to see artistic expressions that celebrate who we are in all our glory, and artists deserve to have there work recognized. We think these are pretty good reasons to hold the Annual Good For Her Feminist Porn Awards.
Do the Feminist Porn Awards discriminate against men?
Good gravy, no. We know that there are a lot of men who are sick of the same old boring porn being shoved down their throats like it's the only thing that exists. We love the men who appreciate a different perspective on porn, and we love the men who make porn that celebrates the ladies, and we love the men who know how to play the perfect lover, at least on film.
What can I expect if I attend the Feminist Porn Awards?
Get ready for a really, really fun show! This year brings back host trey anthony, and if you haven't seen her in person, then you are in for a treat. We show short clips of award winners, and you'll get to see LIVE AND IN PERSON some of the most ground-breaking filmmakers and actors in the industry today. There will be saucy entertainment, delicious eye-candy, and an all around big celebration of erotic entertainment. You can't beat that. Oh, except that we have added a second night at the Revue Cinema to show you longer selections of some of this year's nominated films and give you a chance to ask those burning questions of several filmmakers and performers. Yes, there will be popcorn.

La verdad es que lo que veo como un escalón previo al debate porno es si la sexualidad machista (si se puede llamar asi) tan contaminante no nos ha alejado de una sexualidad no toxica que permita una relación con nuestros cuerpos alejada de los tópicos mundialmente conocidos como algunas cosas publicadas en este mismo lugar.
Otro porno sera producto de una nueva sexualidad? o lo que es lo mismo primero cambiamos el mundo o primero me cambio yo???
Si la industria de la pornografía mueve tanto mercado, es porque existen consumidores sedientos por saciar una de las necesidades básicas de nuestra condición humana: el sexo; y esto incluye a hombres y mujeres.
La cuestión esta en que la figura femenina siempre se ha utilizado como un llamamiento sexual (como un objeto) y no como un ser sexual, que siente deseo, pasión, fantasea y disfruta del sexo. Así que es hora de cambiar estos tópicos.
hasta hace no mucho tiempo, el porno me parecía una industria de consumo de objetos (sobre todo de mujeres objetizadas, aunque también, y de manera creciente, de hombres de plastilina y silicona...), organizada y dirigida a destruir lo maravilloso de la sexualidad; convirtiéndolo en carreras inacabables de corridas sucesivas e interminables, cuerpos escultóricos-poco reales, pollas enormes y turgentes durante horas, y mujeres que, más que personas, parecen almacenes de agujeros penetrables violentamente por cualquier utensilio fálico que se pudiera encontrar en la imaginación de cualquiera...
pero, creo que ahora empiezo a ver más la parte positiva que esta "industria" tiene para ofrecer:
sin lugar a dudas, no es material didáctico ni educativo, para niñ@s y adolescentes, ya que como única fuente de información sexual, sólo distorsionan, confunden y crean espectativas y formas de relacionearse poco comunicativas o asertivas. como única fuente de información generan miedos, tabúes, agresividad, objetización, ideas de poder atribuidas a una sóla parte, etc.
pero , sin embargo, creo que como material generador de fantasías (eso tan necesario para el disfrute de una sexualidad sana, propia e intransferible, rica y placentera...), resultan ser un material bastante interesante... debido a que encienden el deseo, abren la puerta a la imaginación, y permiten ampliar nuestro imaginario sexual hasta límites grandísimos!!!
